Tom has been effective in reducing government spending on a department by department basis while maintaining effective service delivery.

A Champion for the Environment

Tom drafted groundbreaking clean air requirements, fought to include storm water control measures in new projects and worked to ensure that government buildings and private projects incorporate modern energy saving technologies.
