A Champion for the Environment

Tom drafted groundbreaking clean air requirements, fought to include storm water control measures in new projects and worked to ensure that government buildings and private projects incorporate modern energy saving technologies.

Government Reform

After eight years serving in local government, Tom has seen firsthand the damage caused by the dysfunction in Albany. Called a Hero of Reform by NY Uprising (wwwnyuprising.org), Tom's pledges to support specific Albany reforms are a matter of public record.
